Day 25- A first

Hmm...

I can't say that last night was a first for crying,
Because I didn't cry.

I can't say that last night was a first for slow dancing,
Because I didn't.

I can't say that last night was a first for freaking out,
Because I've done that plenty of times.

I can't say that last night was a first for eating junk food till you die,
Because I've done that before, too.

I have to say that last night was a first,
Because-

I got to bow onstage.

I was completely blinded by a camera flash.

I was squashed inside of Mecham's great huge group hug.

I actually full-out, ignore-the-world-completely meditated.

And, I think,

I fell in love with one of the greatest plays of our time. :)

I love you guys.
Thanks so much for making this one of the best experiences of my life.

Day 24- Something that makes you cry

If you know me well,
you know that I don't cry much.
It takes a lot to get me to cry.

Day 22- Something that upsets you

I just can't believe that the starters of this whole "30 Days of Blogging" thing will let me rest if I don't say something that truly gets me upset,

Day 21- Another moment

Ah.
Well....
It's 8:48 pm, MDT.
All I want is to go to bed.
Not happening.
I've still got an English essay to write.
I've got two conflicting events on Tuesday, Feb. 7th,
and I'm fighting myself for consciousness.

But then I realized....
We have our shirts!
Tomorrow we will wear pajama pants.
Friday: Ties.
It's going to be awesome.
Thinking about it makes me float.

Day 20- This month

Well....

THIS month hasn't been very eventful,

considering it's only Feb. 1st.

So.....

January was exciting.

We did solo performances in band.

Some were recognizably better than others.

I had rehearsal starting on Jan. 11.

(btw- Once Upon a Mattress runs Feb. 3, 4, and 5 @ 7 pm, doors open @ 6:30. There's also a special matinee starting @ 2 pm)

3rd Term started this (last) month.

I lost P.E. and Foods.

I gained Cross-Training and Teen Living.

Those of you who have taken those classes know that there's not a huge difference between these classes.
